2025 marks an incredible milestone for one of our most respected leaders—Steve Slininger is celebrating his 30th work anniversary. Over the past three decades, Steve’s journey has been nothing short of remarkable, defined by hard work, technical excellence, and forward-thinking leadership.

Steve began his career as a bench patternmaker, where he quickly established himself as a skilled craftsman with a relentless work ethic and a sharp eye for detail. His early years on the shop floor laid a strong foundation for what would become a long and influential career in manufacturing.

As technology advanced, so did Steve. Transitioning into CNC machining, he embraced change, mastered new techniques, and led by example. As CNC Supervisor, he was instrumental in modernizing our operations—spearheading the move to high-speed machining, introducing solid modeling practices, and championing the bold leap into 5-axis capabilities. These forward-thinking initiatives positioned our company at the forefront of advanced manufacturing and expanded the possibilities for precision and complexity in our work.

Steve’s commitment to progress and quality made him a natural fit for leadership. Over the years, he rose through the ranks, eventually becoming co-owner, a member of the Board of Directors, and Vice President. In that role, he continued to drive innovation, mentor up-and-coming talent, and help steer the company through periods of growth and change.

Today, as our President, Steve brings decades of hands-on experience, deep technical knowledge, and a clear vision for the future. His leadership continues to shape our culture, our capabilities, and our success. He has not only witnessed the evolution of the company—he has been a key architect of it.

Steve’s 30-year milestone is a testament to his unwavering dedication, humility, and passion for the craft. He leads by example, blending old-school grit with modern thinking, and remains an inspiration to everyone who has the privilege to work with him.
